For 20 years she has provided strategic and operational leadership to hospitals and independent practices.
Mrs. Tolliver utilizes a team approach to: Practice Management and RCM Improvements, Coding, Training and Education, and HIPAA Compliance. Medical practices managed by Kem have received MGMA® “Better Performing Practice” distinctions in the areas of Accounts Receivable and Collections.

Seasoned professional with proven leadership skills in operations and compliance training as well as instilling a sense of urgency amongst diverse staff and associates.
